Agree the actual job

Before accepting a quotation, confirm the delivery address, date, skip size or rubbish-collection scope, accepted waste, loading limit, hire period, access and collection arrangement. Guide photographs and measurements do not confirm a particular supplied model or a guaranteed fit.

The total price

Ask what the quote includes, including VAT, delivery and collection, and any permit, parking, extension or special-item charges. The applicable hire, payment and cancellation terms must be supplied and agreed as part of the booking. Ask about any deposit, cancellation charge or extension cost before you accept the quotation.

Two separate services

Skip hire is a container you fill yourself. Rubbish removal is a separate collection involving lifting and loading the agreed waste into a van. Make sure the quoted service matches what you need.
